Roland has spent more than two decades building and turning around medical and dental technology businesses across APAC, from renal and critical care to digital dentistry. He leads full P&L organizations, opens and scales subsidiaries, and transforms fragmented distributor setups into disciplined, data-driven commercial platforms. His leadership style combines clear market segmentation, rigorous funnel and CRM management, and continuous improvement, while working closely with key customers, KOLs, and strategic partners.

At Norrdia, his focus is to grow our APAC business sustainably, strengthen our extracorporeal therapy ecosystem, and build a high-performing regional team that our customers and investors can trust.
