NorrDia Further Enhances Renal and Acute Therapies Portfolio with agreement to acquire Bellco
NorrDia and its affiliated companies have signed an agreement to acquire Bellco’s global Renal In-Center and Adult Acute Care businesses from Mozarc Medical.
This acquisition strengthens NorrDia’s acute and chronic renal therapy portfolio and expands its global presence.
The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2026, after which NorrDia will integrate Bellco’s operations in Italy, France, and China, as well as its worldwide commercial activities.
