As of today, NorrDia Group takes over the operations of Bellco’s global Renal In-Center and Adult Acute Care businesses from Mozarc Medical.
The transaction includes Bellco’s operations in Italy, France, Spain and China, as well as the associated global commercial activities.
Bellco’s Renal In-Center and Adult Acute Care portfolio includes products and therapies for hemodialysis (HD) and adult continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
NorrDia will now assume responsibility for the Bellco business and its customer relationships.
For you, as you become our customer, existing products, services, will continue as usual. Contact details will be changed and communicated to each customer and can also be found here on the NorrDia web. Existing agreements will be transferred from Medtronic to Bellco SRL without any changes to terms and conditions.
If you have an existing agreement for Bellco products with Medtronic, you will receive communication regarding the transfer of the agreement to Bellco SRL, very shortly. Local differences may exist in this process.
It is our aim to transfer all agreements to Bellco SRL before the 30th of October. During this transition services period, all orders shall be addressed to Medtronic. As of November 1st, all orders shall be placed with Bellco SRL in Italy.
