A new milestone for NorrDia!

Today, we had the pleasure of officially welcoming Bellco into the NorrDia Group at a wonderful celebration held at the Bellco factory in Mirandola, Italy.

We were honored to welcome our major investors, Tian Yi Medical, together with the Mayor of Mirandola, as guests of honor. Their presence made this important occasion even more special.

The acquisition of Bellco marks another significant step in NorrDia’s journey to provide a complete range of blood purification therapies to renal patients worldwide.

By bringing Bellco into the Group, we further strengthen our hemodialysis portfolio and expand our commercial reach, creating new opportunities to serve patients, healthcare professionals, and partners around the world.

Most importantly, this milestone is about people, collaboration, and a shared commitment to improving renal care.
