NorrDia Further Enhances Renal and Acute Therapies Portfolio with agreement to acquire Bellco

NorrDia and its affiliated companies have signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bellco’s global Renal In-Center and Adult Acute Care businesses from Mozarc Medical.

Bellco is a globally recognized renal care brand with a strong legacy in hemodialysis (HD) and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

This acquisition strengthens NorrDia’s acute and chronic therapy portfolio, expands its global presence, and accelerates its long-term growth strategy—supporting healthcare professionals in delivering reliable, high-quality therapies to renal patients worldwide.

The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2026, after which NorrDia will integrate Bellco’s operations in Italy, France, and China, uniting teams, customers, and partners to shape the future of renal care.
