• Strengthen our plasma filter offerings (0.3 → 0.7)
• Capture hemoconcentration manufacturing technologies
• Access Bellco absorber process technology with exclusive distribution in select markets
• Acquire 2 filter production lines in Europe (CRRT & Chronic)
• Take over an 80,000+ sq ft innovation hub in Mirandola, Italy
